How delivery works

1. Order

You order online and can give a preferred delivery date right away.

2. Delivery planning

After your order we contact you and schedule the delivery.

3. Delivery

We deliver on the agreed day. Assembly is not part of our service.

Delivery

  • Delivery time: stock items within 5 working days, made-to-measure within 6 to 8 weeks
  • Always in stock: 90 x 200 up to 180 x 200 cm
  • Delivery area: the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, except the islands
  • Delivery cost: free from € 600 (incl. VAT), € 49 below that
  • Assembly: not included

Returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt; see Right of withdrawal. Exchanges after that period are not guaranteed and are decided case by case. Made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping is at your expense. Deliver the product undamaged to our warehouse; you receive the address with your return request.

Warranty
